Otacon Clock - Coming to your PC soon
In Kojima-Sans latest English, HIDEOBLOG he talks about a little gimmicky app they're about to release for PC users...
"We pronounce the OtaClock's name "OtaKurokku" -- but that doesn't mean it's a rock band (Rokku)! The name refers to Otacon's desktop clock that he invented for use on his personal computer. It's the same clock that had a cameo on Otacon's monitor during the TGS trailer for MGS4."

Not official but if you use yahoo widget engine, there is a widget called ocaton clock, it looks exactly the same as the pic above only smaller and it less info in the display, time only.
